About
Susana Raposo (she/her/hers) is a quietly assertive, pointy-browed actor whose seductive pop/rock alto belt makes you question if she’ll need a microphone. Based in NYC and rooted in Portugal, she brings urban European edge to witches, mistresses, rebels, fiercely loyal older sisters, and women who tell the truth. But put her into a recording booth, and she becomes a dorky chameleon of quirky voices.
Trained in Practical Aesthetics at Atlantic Acting School and in Musical Theater through Actor Therapy’s Intensive, her theater credits include Champagne Tears: The Rich Also Cry (Doña Malvada) and Uncle Charlie is F*cking With Us (Danielle). Her educational credits include scene work from Rabbit Hole (Becca) and Appropriate (Toni).
As a voice actor, Susana’s dubbing and narration work spans film/TV, streaming platforms, and commercial radio campaigns, with credits for Netflix (Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie, That Christmas) and STX Entertainment (UglyDolls). Her voice has been described as warm, clear, confident, and even delightfully shrill for animation.
